Comprehensive Plan Update Information

Welcome to the Village of Ruidoso's Planning and Zoning Department. If you are planning to build a new structure; remodel or repair an existing structure; remove trees; landscape; grade or excavate; etc., please give us a call at 575-258-4343 or 1-877-700-4343 so that we can help you determine if you need a permit and that your project meets code.

If you would like to review The Village of Ruidoso's municipal code concerning these or any other matters it can be viewed online at Municode; or in paper format at Village Hall, or The Ruidoso Public Library.
