At the Ruidoso Police Department, officers take pride in their job.  They are a credit to the law enforcement community throughout the country!!!!  We are very proud of the safety and security they provide for the community. 

The influx during any given weekend can range from 30,000 to 50,000 people.  Our officers adust to this by working harder and more diligently to ensure the safety of the residents as well as those who choose to visit our mountain community.
